This Privacy Policy also describes how SIT Digital GeoFM (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information obtained through our services, including one-to-one SMS communications. SIT Digital GeoFM collects mobile phone numbers only when voluntarily provided by individuals for business communication purposes. Mobile opt-in information and SMS message data are not shared with third parties. SMS messages are used solely for one-to-one informational communication related to user inquiries or service requests. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. By providing your mobile phone number and communicating with SIT Digital GeoFM via SMS, you agree to receive one‑to‑one informational text messages related to your inquiry or service request. Message frequency varies depending on user interaction. Message and data rates may apply. By using SIT Digital services, you consent to the data practices described here.

1.3 GIS & Enterprise Data

Submitted GIS datasets remain strictly owned by the customer.
SIT Digital does not sell or share customer GIS data.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve GeoFM and related services
  • Authenticate users and secure access
  • Support system operations
  • Deliver SMS messages
  • Perform analytics and error diagnostics
  • Provide support and engineering services
  • Meet regulatory or contractual obligations

3. SMS Privacy Policy (STRICT A2P COMPLIANCE)

To comply with US A2P/10DLC carrier regulations:

SIT Digital does NOT:

  • ❌ Share SMS opt-in data
  • ❌ Sell mobile numbers
  • ❌ Trade or transfer SMS consent information
  • ❌ Provide SMS data to marketing partners

SIT Digital only uses mobile numbers:

  • With SMS gateway providers to deliver messages
