These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of services offered by SIT Digital International Inc. (“SIT Digital”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including:

  • GeoFM® (Geospatial Facility Management Suite)
  • FMEDU (FM Virtual University)
  • FUMS, EUMS, WUMS, GUMS and all SIT Digital sub-products
  • GIS Services, ESRI Enterprise integrations, offline and online map services
  • Professional Services, consulting, system integration, and field apps
  • Websites, SaaS platforms, APIs, mobile apps, and communication channels
  • SMS and mobile messaging programs

This Privacy Policy also describes how SIT Digital GeoFM (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information obtained through our services, including one-to-one SMS communications. SIT Digital GeoFM collects mobile phone numbers only when voluntarily provided by individuals for business communication purposes. Mobile opt-in information and SMS message data are not shared with third parties. SMS messages are used solely for one-to-one informational communication related to user inquiries or service requests. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. By providing your mobile phone number and communicating with SIT Digital GeoFM via SMS, you agree to receive one‑to‑one informational text messages related to your inquiry or service request. 1. Scope of Services

SIT Digital provides geospatial software solutions, professional services, enterprise system integrations, cloud/on-premise deployments, mobility applications, and related technology services.

Our product and service categories include:

1.1 GeoFM® Platform

A multi-module enterprise platform including (but not limited to):

  • Fiber Utility Management System (FUMS)
  • Electric Utility Management System (EUMS)
  • Water Utility Management System (WUMS)
  • Gas Utility Management System (GUMS)
  • WorkForce Management (WFM)
  • COLLECT mobile field app
  • Survey interfaces and GIS data models
  • Web, mobile, and desktop GIS integrations

1.2 Professional Services

We provide:

  • GIS data migration, modeling, conversion
  • ESRI Enterprise architecture design & implementation
  • System integration and API development
  • Consulting, design, feasibility, and solution advisory
  • Training, support, and managed services
  • Telecom and utility network design governance

1.3 Licensing

Software is licensed and not sold.
Licenses may be:

  • Named user
  • Concurrent user
  • Per-module
  • Subscription
  • Perpetual (where applicable)

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale is prohibited.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use SIT Digital services only for lawful purposes
  • Maintain accurate account information
  • Protect login credentials and access rights
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensure your usage does not violate intellectual property rights

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You must NOT:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer SIT Digital software
  • Circumvent licensing, authentication, or access mechanisms
  • Disrupt service operations or security
  • Upload harmful, malicious, or copyright-violating content
  • Use SIT Digital systems for illegal purposes
  • Share SMS or user credentials with unauthorized parties

4. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P/10DLC Compliance)

  • Account verification

4.1 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user activity and service requirements.

    We strive for high availability but do not guarantee:

    • 100% uptime
    • Error-free performance
    • Uninterrupted access

    Scheduled maintenance and service updates may occur.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    SIT Digital is not liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential damages
    • Loss of business, revenue, or data
    • Service interruptions
    • Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., ESRI, Microsoft)

    Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

    8. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access if:

    • Terms are violated
    • Billing is not completed
    • Illegal or abusive usage is detected

    You may terminate services with applicable notice according to your contract or subscription.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time.
